NAB 2017: FUJIFILM’s Optical Devices Division to Introduce Two 4K-Compatible, Ultra HD, Handheld Lenses

The Optical Devices Division of FUJIFILM will introduce two new FUJINON handheld zooms for live sports, entertainment and field production during the NAB 2017 convention. The “UA14x4.5B” and “UA18x5.5B” are the latest handhelds in the company’s Premier UA Series of 4K 2/3” lenses. The new lenses deliver edge-to-edge 4K optical quality to 2/3-inch 4K portable cameras and camcorders. The UA14x and UA18x zooms can be seen along with the complete UA Series within the company’s NAB booth. These lenses join the “UA13x4.5B,” “UA22x8B,” “UA80x9B,” “UA107x8.4B,” and the new “UA27x6.5B” in this series. The company will exhibit in booth C7225 during NAB, which runs from April 22-27 at the Las Vegas Convention Center.

     
     
 
NAB 2017: TVU Networks to Introduce TVU Router – a 200Mbps Virtual Internet Cable

TVU Networks, the global technology and innovation leader in live IP video solutions, will introduce a new solution for secure, reliable and high-speed internet connectivity to connected devices from remote locations. TVU Router provides over 200Mbps of Internet connectivity from virtually any remote location and acts as a network accelerator. With TVU Router as a portable field access point, users can transfer and receive files, stream video, search the web, utilize any IP connected device or service to pass data and more for a high speed, reliable and secure data connection. Band Pro Debuts New Angenieux EZ-2 Zoom at NAB 2017

Band Pro (together with partners Angenieux and Jebsen Industrial) will debut the new Angenieux Type EZ-2 Zoom at this year’s NAB show. The Type EZ Series has enjoyed a hugely positive reception. Type EZ-2, the newest addition to the series, is a wide zoom lens providing 15-40mm F1.9 / T2 in S35 format. The same lens is configurable to 22-60mm F2.8 / T3 covering an image circle up to 46mm diagonal for full format cinematography.
