When Ireland’s national broadcaster, Raidió Teilifís Éireann (RTÉ), decided the time had come to replace the aging intercom structure at its Dublin broadcast center, they chose a tender from Broadcast Video Services (BVS) of Loughlinstown, County Dublin, which recommended the RTS system for the upgrade.

Ooredoo has launched the first 4K TV channels in the Middle East using a next-generation Electra video compression solution for all-IP environments. Torrance, Calif.-based Hollywood Rivera Studios, a production company specializing in online eSports content, live in-studio shows, and mobile production, has purchased six Panasonic AK-UC3000 4K studio/EFP cameras for its multi-tasking 13,000 sq. ft. studio. The company also owns a 40-ft. HD mobile production truck that is available for rent, as is the studio.
